Pfffffft. I haven't uploaded anything in like forever... I've been too busy with other things to draw the Toshi's. But anyway! Here is Katia Braginsky daughter of China and Russia. She used to represent Samara but the more I thout about it the more I thought Shanghai suited her.
For her clothes I came up with something Chinese, I found out that these clothes can be wore by both adults and children.

Personality: Katia is a girl that doesn't hesitate about the things she is saying. She really says what she thinks and this can be a little annoying at times for other. She really likes animals is rather caring towards the other Toshi's. She is fascinated by mythical creatures, especially dragons. But even so she is rather down to earth. She might not seem like it but she is a bit of a dare-devil. When somebody asks her to do something she will most likely say "yes, I'll try" and do it. She doesn't like to fail but she does accept it and try better a next time. Sometimes she creeps from behind people's backs, but she doesn't like to scare them which is why she mostly tells people that she's standing behind them. She tries to make the right decisions and deals deliberately with it. She can be a joker but not all her jokes are as funny as she thinks they are. Besides all of this she is a rather disiplined girl who adores Kungfu and will try anything to become the best at it.

Bio: Katia is China and Russia's only child. She's very thoughtful and thinks at least twice about what she's doing, though not about what she says, this can lead her into problems. As an only child she was very spoiled with all kinds of toys and love from her parents (when she was younger). But even so her parents did teach her that you have to work for your stuff, which is why she didn't become a spoiled brat. China wanted his daughter to be able to protect herself, which is why he suggested several martial arts. From all the possible martial arts Katia choosed Kungfu. She trains everyday and whenever she has no spare time she tries to train a little before sleeping. She isn't very found of soccer, to tell the truth, she doesn't really like sports that involve a ball. The reason why is because she's not very good at it, meaning that she never gets the ball when she does play it. She always tells her whole opinion about things and never leaves anything out, this is why she never lies about her opinions which can sometimes offend people even though she doesn't mean to offend anyone. Because Russia had a rather lonely past he became a little overprotective over his daughter. He doesn't want her to be left out and at meetings he mentions her at least once. China always takes Katia to Chinese traditions and explains to her what those traditions mean.
